Paraplanning Team

Our team members strive for excellence and have a thirst for knowledge to ensure we remain at the forefront of the Financial Planning industry. This dedication enables our team to construct detail Statement of Advice and Statement of Advice (Portfolio Reviews).

Our team education and experience allows us to provide specialist advice in relation to Superannuation, Wealth Creation, Insurance, Group Structures and Retirement Planning.

We are eager to assist clients in achieving their future personal and financial goals and objectives.

Client Services Team

Our Client Services Team is a team of helpful and experienced individuals whose key focus is to ensure that your overall experience is as smooth as possible.

Our Client Services Team looks after the implementation of your initial Statement of Advice and your ongoing Portfolio Reviews. After each meeting, your file will be given to a member of the team who will then make all of the necessary changes to your portfolio.

Our Client Services Team can also assist you in applying for all of your personal risk protection needs. You will have a dedicated team member who will walk you through the entire process, even down to arranging any necessary blood tests or medical exams. Most importantly, in the unfortunate event of a claim, our Client Services Team is there to help you each step of the way and to ensure that you are paid your entitled benefit.

Administration Team

At Link Financial Services we are exceptionally proud of the team of people who work within the organisation.

Staff Training and Education

Link Financial Services is privileged to be part of Kaplan Training with monthly training sessions held in-house for all professional staff. Sessions include monthly economic updates and other special topics.

In addition to the Kaplan training, Link Financial Services promote ongoing further education for its staff including the Diploma of Financial Planning and the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning training. Our professional staff attend conferences, seminars and are exposed to a variety of practical product training sessions.

Our staff are encouraged to attend additional educational and training courses to enhance their personal and professional skills and knowledge in order to ensure our clients gain the maximum specialist financial planning and holistic advice.
